Coffee Trailer

Campstuff Coffee

1966 Shasta Compact

The Campstuff Coffee Trailer started as a forgotten 1966 Shasta Compact sitting in a field, nearly swallowed by blackberry vines. What began as a rescue project quickly turned into a full rebuild. The trailer was stripped all the way down to the frame, carefully reframed, and rebuilt from the ground up with the vision of bringing great coffee to the outdoors. After months of work, the finished trailer passed inspections by Washington State Labor & Industries and Island County Health, officially rolling into service in 2018. Today, that once-abandoned Shasta has a second life serving fresh coffee and good conversation to adventurers exploring Deception Pass State Park.

Professional Espresso

At Campstuff Coffee, we take our coffee seriously. Our espresso is crafted on a Nuova Simonelli Appia II, a machine trusted by professional baristas around the world for its consistency and precision. We pair that with beans that are locally roasted, allowing us to control quality from roast to cup and ensure every shot is as good as it can be. For us, coffee isn’t just something to serve—it’s something to get right. From dial-in to final pour, we’re focused on delivering the best espresso possible for everyone who stops by the trailer.

Locally Roasted

Our coffee is proudly roasted on Camano Island by Fofcee Coffee Roasters, just a short drive from where we serve it. Working with a local roaster allows us to keep things close to home while maintaining the quality and consistency we expect in every cup. Fofcee carefully roasts our beans in small batches, bringing out the character and balance we look for in great espresso and drip coffee. It’s part of our commitment to serving coffee that’s not only delicious, but also rooted in the local community we’re proud to be part of.
